Position: Waiter / Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to all guests in the restaurant and bar areas.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, using the POS system, and communicate them clearly to the kitchen or bar.
- Ensure the prompt and correct delivery of orders, monitoring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, beverage list, and daily specials.
- Handle guest queries, resolve minor issues, and process bills and payments accurately.
- Set up, clear, and reset tables according to 5-star service standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all service stations and dining areas.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience (minimum 1 year) as a Waiter or Waitress in a quality restaurant or 4/5-star hotel environment.
- Excellence in communication skills and a pleasant, professional personality.
- Basic knowledge of F&B service protocols, including sequence of service and cash handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tables simultaneously.
- High standard of personal grooming and presentation, suitable for a sophisticated ambience.
- Language proficiency, written and spoken, in English is highly desirable.
- Discipline and commitment to being a good team player in the Central Jakarta F&B scene.
