Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant(s), ensuring exceptional food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and mentor the F&B Service team (Waiters, Hostesses, Bartenders), fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for all restaurant supplies and operating equipment.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to maximize revenue through upselling and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards in the dining areas.
- Handle complex guest feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution that reflects the 5-star standard.
- Collaborate with the Culinary team on menu engineering and special promotions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-end restaurant or 5-star hotel in Jakarta.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills with a focus on team development.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for food and beverage, with the ability to maintain a sophisticated ambience.
- Ability to manage shift work and work effectively under pressure in a busy Central Jakarta environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or F&B Administration.
