Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve service goals.
• Optimize profitability by managing labor, inventory, and beverage costs.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive restaurant revenue.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high end or lifestyle hotel.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including wine and spirits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Guest oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to drive team performance and engagement.
• Proficient in POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Fluent in English.
