Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve service goals.
- Optimize profitability by managing labor, inventory, and beverage costs.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive restaurant revenue.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high end or lifestyle hotel.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including wine and spirits.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
- Guest oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to drive team performance and engagement.
- Proficient in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Fluent in English.
