Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non_alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on cocktails and drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and glassware.
• Handle guest payments and operate the POS system accurately.
• Create new and innovative cocktails in line with Vinyl’s modern concept.

Qualifications:

• Good attitude
• Male or Female welcome
• 1 year experience in independent outlet or bar hotel operation
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail preparation techniques
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast_paced rooftop bar environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
