Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
- Create classic and innovative cocktails in line with hotel standards.
- Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations from the menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including all equipment.
- Manage bar inventory and assist with stock ordering.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a lifestyle hotel or upscale bar.
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and cocktails.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Charismatic personality with an ability to build rapport with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Good cash handling skills.
- Fluent in English.
