Position: Laundry & Uniform Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the laundry and uniform room.
- Ensure timely and high quality washing, pressing, and finishing of guest laundry and hotel linens.
- Manage the issuance, repair, and inventory of all staff uniforms.
- Train and schedule laundry and uniform attendants.
- Maintain all laundry equipment in good working order and manage chemical supplies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory role within a hotel laundry or uniform department.
- Strong knowledge of laundry operations, chemicals, and fabrics.
- Excellent organizational and team management skills.
- Attention to detail for quality control.
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit to handle laundry tasks and manage the team.
