Position: Laundry & Uniform Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the laundry and uniform room.
• Ensure timely and high quality washing, pressing, and finishing of guest laundry and hotel linens.
• Manage the issuance, repair, and inventory of all staff uniforms.
• Train and schedule laundry and uniform attendants.
• Maintain all laundry equipment in good working order and manage chemical supplies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a supervisory role within a hotel laundry or uniform department.
• Strong knowledge of laundry operations, chemicals, and fabrics.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Attention to detail for quality control.
• Ability to manage inventory and control costs.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit to handle laundry tasks and manage the team.
