Position: Room Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies in a timely manner.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items.
• Maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries related to housekeeping services promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling procedures.
• Physically fit with the ability to perform rigorous tasks and work on your feet.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Vocational high school (SMK) diploma is a minimum.
