Position: Learning & Development Asst. Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying training and development needs within the hotel.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs for various departments.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
• Support the implementation of IHG’s corporate training platforms and programs.
• Manage training budgets and maintain accurate training records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Learning & Development or training role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiar with e-learning platforms and modern training methodologies.
• Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
