Position: Learning & Development Asst. Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying training and development needs within the hotel.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for various departments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
- Support the implementation of IHG’s corporate training platforms and programs.
- Manage training budgets and maintain accurate training records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development or training role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiar with e-learning platforms and modern training methodologies.
- Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
