Position: HR Admin (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing employee documents.
- Support the recruitment process by screening applications and scheduling interviews.
- Help maintain and update employee records in the HR information system.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll documentation and attendance reports.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding basic HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in HR or Administration is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail_oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
- Understanding of HR principles, practices & regulations.
- Able to join immediately is preferred.
- Domiciled in Bandung.
