Position: HR Admin (Daily Worker)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing employee documents.
• Support the recruitment process by screening applications and scheduling interviews.
• Help maintain and update employee records in the HR information system.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll documentation and attendance reports.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding basic HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in HR or Administration is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail_oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
• Understanding of HR principles, practices & regulations.
• Able to join immediately is preferred.
• Domiciled in Bandung.
