Position: Human Resources Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
