Position: Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure smooth workflows
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver excellence in guest service
- Manage inventory controls for linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies to ensure operational efficiency
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field
- Minimum of two years’ experience as Assistant Executive Housekeeper or similar role within a five-star hotel
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and hygiene standards, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff effectively
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
