Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise room attendants to ensure guest rooms meet all cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist in managing housekeeping inventory and supplies.
- Coordinate with the Front Office on room status and special guest requests.
- Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job training.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position within the housekeeping department.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Service-minded with high attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of room attendants.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
- Physical stamina to handle operational demands.
- Basic English skills for operational tasks.
