Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise room attendants to ensure guest rooms meet all cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Assist in managing housekeeping inventory and supplies.
  • Coordinate with the Front Office on room status and special guest requests.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job training.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same position within the housekeeping department.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Service-minded with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of room attendants.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
  • Physical stamina to handle operational demands.
  • Basic English skills for operational tasks.
