Position: Housekeeping Shift Leader
Responsibilities:
- Leading the housekeeping team during a specific shift to ensure operational efficiency
- Assigning cleaning tasks and monitoring the progress of room attendants
- Handling urgent guest requests and coordinating with the front desk
- Ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained and properly stored
- Reporting any maintenance issues found in guest rooms or public areas
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
- Capable of leading a small team and managing shift duties
- Proactive in solving operational problems during the shift
