Position: Housekeeping Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring room cleanliness standards.
  • Supervise floor supervisors and room attendants to maintain Hyatt’s high quality expectations.
  • Manage housekeeping inventory, laundry operations, and chemical safety protocols.
  • Address guest requests and feedback regarding room conditions promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team for preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager in housekeeping at a luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a large multicultural team.
  • Detail oriented with a passion for excellence in guest room presentation.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management.
  • Ability to manage departmental operational costs and staff scheduling.
