Position: Room Attendant (DW)

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest luxury standards including bed making and dusting.
  • Restock room amenities and ensure all guest requirements are anticipated and met.
  • Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping trolleys and storage areas.
  • Adhere to safety and chemical handling protocols during daily duties.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Energetic, highly motivated, and physically fit for manual tasks.
  • Strong luxury service-oriented mindset.
  • Basic English communication skills for operational needs.
  • Willingness to work in shifts as a Daily Worker.
  • High level of honesty and reliability.
