Position: Room Attendant (DW)
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest luxury standards including bed making and dusting.
- Restock room amenities and ensure all guest requirements are anticipated and met.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping trolleys and storage areas.
- Adhere to safety and chemical handling protocols during daily duties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Energetic, highly motivated, and physically fit for manual tasks.
- Strong luxury service-oriented mindset.
- Basic English communication skills for operational needs.
- Willingness to work in shifts as a Daily Worker.
- High level of honesty and reliability.
