Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect the work of room attendants to ensure guestrooms meet Santika Premiere standards
- Manage daily shift assignments and monitor the distribution of cleaning supplies
- Conduct on-the-job training for junior housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and safety
- Respond to guest requests and complaints related to cleanliness or amenities promptly
- Maintain accurate records of room status and update the hotel management system
Qualifications:
- Experience minimum 2 years in similar position within the hotel industry
- Relevant education background in Hospitality or related field
- Professional appearance and good personality
- Good personality and communication skill
- Hard worker and have positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to supervise a diverse team
- Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals and cleaning equipment usage
