Position: Housekeeping Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness in guestrooms
- Inspect rooms and public areas regularly for quality and maintenance needs
- Monitor staff productivity and ensure adherence to resort SOPs
- Assist in staff training and inventory management for the department
- Coordinate with the front desk for room priority and special guest requests
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping department
- Exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning standards
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a physically demanding resort environment
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus
- Professional grooming and conduct
- Vocational or Diploma degree in Hospitality
