Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire housekeeping department to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Develop and implement operational budgets and cost control measures for housekeeping supplies and linen
- Establish and monitor departmental SOPs to ensure consistent luxury service delivery
- Oversee staff training and development programs to enhance team skills and professional growth
- Coordinate with the engineering department to prioritize room maintenance and facility repairs
Qualifications:
- Experience minimum 2 years in similar position at a four or five star hotel
- Relevant education background in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities
- Professional appearance and good personality
- Good personality and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Hard worker with a positive attitude toward service excellence
- Analytical mindset with the ability to handle high pressure operations
