Position: Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire housekeeping department to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Develop and implement operational budgets and cost control measures for housekeeping supplies and linen
  • Establish and monitor departmental SOPs to ensure consistent luxury service delivery
  • Oversee staff training and development programs to enhance team skills and professional growth
  • Coordinate with the engineering department to prioritize room maintenance and facility repairs

Qualifications:

  • Experience minimum 2 years in similar position at a four or five star hotel
  • Relevant education background in Hospitality or Tourism Management
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Professional appearance and good personality
  • Good personality and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Hard worker with a positive attitude toward service excellence
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to handle high pressure operations
