Position: Housekeeping Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guestrooms to ensure high hygiene standards
- Replenish guest amenities and ensure all room features are in proper working order
- Maintain the cleanliness of public areas and hotel hallways as assigned
- Report any maintenance issues or broken items in guestrooms to the engineering team
- Follow hotel laundry and linen handling procedures to ensure efficiency
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 year experience in the same position in a hotel housekeeping department
- Good communication and organization skills to coordinate cleaning tasks
- Team player with a good personality and strong work ethic
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and stand for long periods
- High attention to detail regarding cleanliness and guestroom presentation
- Vocational school (SMK) graduate in Hospitality or related field
