Position: Room Attendant (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily guestroom cleaning and maintenance to ensure hygiene standards
- Replenish guest amenities and ensure all room features are functional
- Report any maintenance issues or damage in guestrooms immediately
- Follow linen handling procedures to ensure efficiency and quality
- Maintain the cleanliness of public areas and corridors as assigned
Qualifications:
- Positive work attitude with high attention to detail and cleanliness
- Physical fitness to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Hospitality or related field
- Willingness to learn and follow hotel standard operating procedures
- Good interpersonal skills and professional conduct
- Ready for immediate placement in a daily worker capacity
