Position: Laundry Supervisor (International Experience)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily laundry operations and ensure high-quality cleaning and finishing of linens and garments
- Train, schedule, and guide the laundry team for consistent performance and efficiency
- Ensure proper handling of fabrics, use of chemicals, and maintenance of equipment
- Implement international laundry standards and hygiene procedures
- Monitor inventory of linens, uniforms, and supplies; coordinate replenishment when needed
- Conduct regular quality and safety checks in the laundry area
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Engineering for smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- International experience in laundry operations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of laundry chemicals, fabric care, and machinery
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
- Good communication skills in English
