Position: Banquet Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of banquet and catering operations, from planning to execution.
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction during all events.
• Manage banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage banquet inventory, equipment, and cost control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in banquet or event operations within a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Customer service oriented with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events concurrently.
• Proficient in hotel POS and event management software.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
