Position: Banquet Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of banquet and catering operations, from planning to execution.
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction during all events.
- Manage banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage banquet inventory, equipment, and cost control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in banquet or event operations within a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Customer service oriented with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events concurrently.
- Proficient in hotel POS and event management software.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
