Position: Director of Sales (DOS)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the hotel’s sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies across all market segments (corporate, government, leisure).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and new clients.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the DOSM to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience at 4 or 5 star hotel in the same position.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership.
• Excellent strategics, problem solving and decision_making skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work, collaboratively as part of team.
• Love to work in a team with target oriented.
• Able to join immediately.
