Position: Director of Sales (DOS)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the hotel’s sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies across all market segments (corporate, government, leisure).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and new clients.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the DOSM to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience at 4 or 5 star hotel in the same position.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership.
- Excellent strategics, problem solving and decision_making skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work, collaboratively as part of team.
- Love to work in a team with target oriented.
- Able to join immediately.
