Position: Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present the menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are clean and tidy at all times, and that guest needs are attended to promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Waitress or in a similar F&B service role.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
