Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
• Create classic and innovative cocktails in line with hotel standards.
• Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations from the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including all equipment.
• Manage bar inventory and assist with stock ordering.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a lifestyle hotel or upscale bar.
• Excellent knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and cocktails.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Charismatic personality with an ability to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Good cash handling skills.
• Fluent in English.
