Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible as incharge of F&B Division, ensuring the quality and consistency of the product and service.
- Manage overall revenue and profitability for the Food & Beverage department.
- Lead all financial, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction plans and actions.
- Create and execute Food & Beverage promotions to establish the hotel as a Leading Culinary Destination in the city.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the F&B team to maintain high productivity and a guestfocused culture.
- Oversee operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.
Qualifications:
- With Minimum 2 Years of Experience in the related position.
- Capability in working both as independence and collaboratively.
- Strong in delivering excellent service for guest satisfaction.
- Proven ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in strategic planning, cost control, and budgeting.
- Creative mindset with a passion for F&B trends and creative menu development.
