Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible as incharge of F&B Division, ensuring the quality and consistency of the product and service.
  • Manage overall revenue and profitability for the Food & Beverage department.
  • Lead all financial, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction plans and actions.
  • Create and execute Food & Beverage promotions to establish the hotel as a Leading Culinary Destination in the city.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the F&B team to maintain high productivity and a guestfocused culture.
  • Oversee operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.

Qualifications:

  • With Minimum 2 Years of Experience in the related position.
  • Capability in working both as independence and collaboratively.
  • Strong in delivering excellent service for guest satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in strategic planning, cost control, and budgeting.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for F&B trends and creative menu development.
