Position: Front Desk Agent Mandarin Speaker
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking guests to ensure their needs are met
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a professional demeanor
- Operate the Power Pro Property Management System for reservations and guest accounts
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest service
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin with guests and partners with professional appearance
- Familiar with Power Pro Property Management System
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
