Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department to ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- Train and develop the front office team to uphold hotel standards and service quality
- Monitor occupancy rates and coordinate with other departments to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures regarding front desk operations
Qualifications:
- Experienced as the same role for minimum 2 years
- Familiar with VHP System
- Passionate about people and service
- Highly motivated, good team player, outgoing personality and result oriented
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
