Position: Internship Front Office
Responsibilities:
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate guest records and assist with administrative tasks
- Provide excellent service to guests at the front desk
- Observe and learn daily Front Office operations
Qualifications:
- Active student majoring in Hospitality Management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Friendly attitude and professional appearance
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts
