Position: Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and mentoring the front office team to deliver exceptional service and uphold hotel standards
- Acting as the main point of contact for escalated guest requests or concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and timely responses to guest needs
- Overseeing daily front office operations to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Assisting in the training and development of front office staff to maintain high service quality
Qualifications:
- Fluent in the national language and a good working level of English; ability in a third language is an added advantage
- Knowledge of international hotel chain standards, Property Management System, and hotel processes are preferred
- 1-2 years having experience in a similar capacity will be an advantage
- Graduated from Tourism / Hospitality Management School / Academy
- Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
