Position: Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and mentoring the front office team to deliver exceptional service and uphold hotel standards
  • Acting as the main point of contact for escalated guest requests or concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and timely responses to guest needs
  • Overseeing daily front office operations to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Assisting in the training and development of front office staff to maintain high service quality

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in the national language and a good working level of English; ability in a third language is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of international hotel chain standards, Property Management System, and hotel processes are preferred
  • 1-2 years having experience in a similar capacity will be an advantage
  • Graduated from Tourism / Hospitality Management School / Academy
  • Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
