Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm demeanor and perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and maintain accurate guest records in the system
- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash float during shifts
- Collaborate with housekeeping and engineering teams to resolve room status issues
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with VHP or other Property Management Systems is an advantage
- Guest-oriented with a friendly personality and professional appearance
- Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
