Position: Engineering – Daily Worker

Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians with daily maintenance and repair tasks.
• Respond to basic maintenance requests for guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks on equipment as assigned.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of engineering workshops.
• Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of maintenance, electrical, or plumbing systems.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.
• Good physical condition.
