Position: Assistant Chief Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing daily engineering operations and managing the team.
• Supervise and coordinate preventive maintenance and repair work orders.
• Help manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
• Ensure plant rooms and workshops are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
• Step in to lead the department in the Chief Engineer’s absence.

Qualifications:

• Has minimum 3_5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (for Managerial Level).
• Strategic and creative mindset.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task.
• Strong communication skill.
• Excellent in English both of written and verbal.
• High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude.
• Indonesian citizen only.
• Able to join immediately.
• Strong technical background and leadership potential.
