Position: Assistant Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing daily engineering operations and managing the team.
- Supervise and coordinate preventive maintenance and repair work orders.
- Help manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
- Ensure plant rooms and workshops are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Step in to lead the department in the Chief Engineer’s absence.
Qualifications:
- Has minimum 3_5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (for Managerial Level).
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task.
- Strong communication skill.
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal.
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude.
- Indonesian citizen only.
- Able to join immediately.
- Strong technical background and leadership potential.
