Position: Engineering Staff
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond to guest room and public area maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist supervisors with major repairs and ongoing engineering projects.
- Maintain logs and records of all maintenance work performed.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or large building maintenance.
- Good technical skills in at least one of the following: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general building maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Vocational high school (SMK) graduate in a relevant technical field.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures.
