Position: Engineering – Civil
Responsibilities:
- Perform and supervise all civil engineering tasks, including building maintenance, painting, masonry, carpentry, and plumbing.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel’s structure, finishes, and fixtures, identifying areas for repair.
- Manage small-scale renovation and refurbishment projects as directed.
- Respond to maintenance requests related to civil works promptly.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil maintenance, preferably within a hotel or large commercial property.
- Strong technical skills in carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and general building repairs.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Vocational high school (SMK) in Civil Engineering or a related trade.
- Must be a team player and able to manage priorities.
