Position: Complex – Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the Engineering team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing the hotel’s preventive maintenance program for all machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure all systems are functioning perfectly.
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
  • Train and guide Engineering Staff on safety procedures and technical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel engineering department.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and manage maintenance schedules.
  • Familiarity with hotel safety and emergency protocols.
  • Vocational high school diploma (SMK) or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
