Position: Assistant Chief Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Engineer in managing the daily operations of the Engineering department.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for all hotel facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Supervise and train engineering staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Manage energy conservation programs and departmental budgets.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position for 4/5 stars hotels.
• Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking.
• Conversational English is required.
• Pro active passionate, self driven and able to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
• Experienced in managing engineering projects and budgets.
• Knowledgeable in building safety codes and regulations.
