Position: Wellness Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to all guests utilizing the gym, spa, and wellness facilities.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the fitness center and lifestyle areas according to Meliã standards.
• Assist guests with equipment use, provide basic fitness guidance, and manage class bookings or appointments.
• Proactively promote wellness programs, spa treatments, and gym membership packages to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the gym and lifestyle department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Wellness Attendant, Spa Attendant, or Gym Staff in a hotel environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of fitness equipment operation, safety protocols, and wellness principles.
• Possess a genuine passion for fitness, health, and being a **VERY INSPIRING PEOPLE** for guests.
• Relevant certification in fitness, spa operations, or health education is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional grooming and a highly positive, energetic demeanor.
