Position: Recreation Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort’s recreation facilities, including pools, kids’ club, and outdoor activities.
- Develop, schedule, and lead engaging and safe activity programs for guests of all ages in a family-focused resort.
- Supervise and mentor the recreation team, ensuring exceptional guest interaction and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure all recreation equipment is well-maintained, clean, and safe for use.
- Handle guest feedback and requests related to recreation activities promptly and courteously.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recreation Supervisor or Senior Recreation Attendant in a reputable hotel or resort in Bali.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Certified in First Aid and CPR, with a strong commitment to guest safety.
- Exceptional energy, enthusiasm, and interpersonal skills to motivate both staff and guests.
- Ability to develop creative and fun activity programs suitable for a diverse, family-oriented clientele.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Experience managing safety procedures for pool and beachfront environments in Kuta.
