Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory or Assistant Manager role
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera
- Ability to manage front desk operations, guest relations, and handle escalations
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- A degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent is preferred
