Position: GRO (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilites:

• Provide outstanding guest services and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking guests to address their needs and inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and build a positive brand reputation.
• Assist with guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally and efficiently.
• Manage guest check in and check out processes smoothly, paying special attention to Mandarin speaking guests.

Qualification:

• Indonesian Citizen only.
• Relevant educational background.
• Minimum of 2 years experience at the same position in Luxury Resort.
• Excellent customer service skills that differentiate the guest experience beyond extraordinary.
• Must be Bali-based.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
