Position: GRO (Mandarin Speaker)
Key Responsibilites:
- Provide outstanding guest services and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking guests to address their needs and inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and build a positive brand reputation.
- Assist with guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally and efficiently.
- Manage guest check in and check out processes smoothly, paying special attention to Mandarin speaking guests.
Qualification:
- Indonesian Citizen only.
- Relevant educational background.
- Minimum of 2 years experience at the same position in Luxury Resort.
- Excellent customer service skills that differentiate the guest experience beyond extraordinary.
- Must be Bali-based.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
