Position: Food and Beverage Service Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests in the hotel’s restaurants, bars, or banquet events.
- Welcome and seat guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Make recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest dining experience.
- Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and presented correctly.
- Process guest payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, and reset tables for the next guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an F&B service role (e.g., waiter, waitress, host) is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A positive, engaging personality and a passion for hospitality.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle busy periods.
- Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
