Position: F&B Service Expert Supervisor (25173498)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior leader and expert on the floor, supervising F&B service attendants across various outlets.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on advanced service techniques, product knowledge, and Marriott service standards.
  • Ensure all guests receive exceptional service, actively engaging with guests and anticipating their needs.
  • Assist management in daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff assignments, and side-work completion.
  • Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and empowerment.
  • Champion F&B promotions and upselling initiatives to drive revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a 5-star F&B environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Expert knowledge of fine dining, beverage, and wine service standards.
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest service, with a natural ability to lead and inspire.
  • Strong training and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Fluent in English.
