Position: Sales Manager – Corporate Segment

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively solicit and manage all accounts within the corporate market segment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for corporate room nights and MICE events.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment.
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel, with a focus on the corporate segment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Strong network of corporate contacts in the Jakarta, Bogor, and Sentul areas.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in sales management software (e.g., Opera S&C).
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized.
