Position: Sales Manager – Wedding & Event
Responsibilities:
- Proactively solicit and manage all accounts in the wedding and social event segments.
- Develop strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, and social clients.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for events, catering, and group rooms.
- Conduct site inspections, consultations, and manage all aspects of the event contract process.
- Work closely with the culinary and banquet operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager, with a strong focus on wedding and social events.
- Proven track record of achieving event sales targets in a 4 or 5-star hotel/resort.
- Strong network of local wedding and event suppliers/planners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for creating memorable events.
- Proficient in sales management software and fluent in English.
