Position: Spa Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Able to conduct yoga is preferred
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a 5-star luxury spa or wellness center.
- Strong knowledge of various spa treatments, wellness philosophies, and luxury guest service standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage spa therapists and receptionists.
- Experience in managing daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- A passion for wellness and the ability to create unique, relaxing experiences for guests.
