Position: Director of Engineering
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably in a 5-star resort.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and preventative maintenance.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, budgets, and departmental costs.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a large team.
- Knowledge of safety, fire, and emergency procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluent in English.
