Position: Reservation Agent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience required; resort experience preferred
- Seeking an independent, forward-thinking, and creative team player
- Experience with hotel reservation systems and channel managers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage bookings, inquiries, and allotment.
- Proficient in English.
