Position: General Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Committee.
  • Manage the GM’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Make travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Liaise with department heads and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a General Secretary or Executive Assistant to a senior executive, preferably in a hotel.
  • Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
